Membership joining fee is $40 which covers all your educational materials.  This is a once off fee. 
 
Members pay $60 every six months which cover educational materials, rent and refreshments.  Toastmasters is a non profit organisation. 
 
Therefore, a new member would pay $100.
 
You are welcome to attend 3 to 4 meetings as a guest.  These meetings are free.  You are under no obligation to join.
